Description

The Mosmatic Stationary Undercarriage Cleaner TUWs – 80.640 is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade solution for permanent vehicle wash installations, including fixed ramp-over and sub-floor wash systems. Constructed with high-quality stainless steel plates and boxes, this unit features quad bearing swivels and precision-welded, balanced rotor arms for consistent, vibration-free operation.

Its high-lift wash design effectively removes heavy debris while safely cleaning the vehicle’s undercarriage without causing damage. Designed for high-volume applications, the TUWs 80.640 operates at pressures up to 4000 PSI, temperatures up to 250°F, and is compatible with cleaning agents in the pH 3–12 range. The system includes a modular design and compact footprint, and it must be equipped with 4 EG-style nozzles (not included), specified based on your pump setup.
