Description
The Undercarriage Cleaner – Dual Ramp (80.518) is a heavy-duty stainless steel ramp system designed for use with Mosmatic undercarriage cleaning units. This configuration includes the dual ramp assembly and two center ramp sections only, providing a stable, precision-aligned platform for dual undercarriage cleaner installations.
Engineered for demanding commercial and industrial wash environments, the dual ramp system supports high-performance cleaning with a pressure rating of up to 4000 PSI and temperature tolerance up to 250°F. It features two 3/8″ NPT water inlets and accommodates eight 1/8″ NPT nozzle connections, allowing efficient water distribution across dual cleaning units. The system is compatible with cleaning solutions in a pH range of 3–12, making it suitable for a wide range of detergents and wash chemicals.
Constructed from corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the dual ramp is built for long-term durability, structural stability, and consistent performance. It is intended for permanent installation and must be securely anchored to the ground using appropriate fastening hardware (not included). This ramp system is ideal for facilities requiring increased undercarriage wash coverage, higher throughput, or dual-rotor cleaning configurations.
