The Mosmatic 39.865 DXTI Swivel is a precision-engineered stainless steel swivel designed for high-RPM, self-rotating applications in advanced cleaning systems. Optimized for parts washers, tire cleaners, and high-pressure (HP) cleaning technology, this swivel combines low-torque operation with long-lasting durability and smooth performance.

Built with a quadruple bearing system – including 2 radial ball bearings and 2 thrust ball bearings – it ensures stable, high-speed rotation. The ceramic seal system offers superior resistance to heat, chemicals, and pressure. Additionally, a side port enables weep capture, minimizing mess and enabling more efficient maintenance monitoring.

With a capacity of 2500 PSI, operation up to 2000 RPM, and 250°F heat resistance, the 39.865 swivel is ideal for demanding cleaning applications requiring strength, longevity, and compact design.
