EBC Multipurpose Cleaner & Degreaser delivers professional, industrial-strength cleaning in a versatile, easy-to-use formula. It quickly breaks down stubborn oil, grease, road film, and fuel residues while remaining suitable for use as a house or building wash mix. Compatible with sodium hypochlorite (bleach), EBC integrates seamlessly into pressure-washing workflows and downstream applications.

Use on most water-safe surfaces—such as concrete, masonry, siding, equipment, and shop floors—and rinse thoroughly after cleaning. Note: this product is not designed to remove or clean mold or mildew.

Ideal Uses:

• Pretreating heavy oils and fuel stains

• Commercial and gas station cleaning, effective with cold water systems

• House and building wash mixes (bleach-compatible)
